A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The outstanding balance should be paid at least one week before arrival. |
INFORMACION IMPORTANTE
La hora de entrada es a las 16:00 hrs (puede ser antes si no hay salida ese mismo día)
La hora de salida es a las 13:00 hrs (puede ser después si no hay entrada ese mismo día)
Al llegar a la casa se firmara un inventario y un contrato de renta. La persona que firma necesita dar una copia de su credencial de elector.
SE REQUIERE UN DEPOSITO DE $1000 PESOS, EL CUAL SE LES REGRESARÁ A SU SALIDA DESPUES DE CHECAR EL INVENTARIO.
CANCELACIONES:
Si se cancela 30 días o mas antes de su llegada se reembolsará su depósito (Esto aplica si es que usted depositó en efectivo en México,
de lo contrario se cobrará cualquier comisión que se haya generado).
Si se cancela en los 20 a 29 días antes de su llegada se regresará un 50% de su depósito.
Si se cancela del 8° día al 19° día antes de su llegada no se regresará el depósito.
Si se cancela dentro de los 7 días antes de su llegada no habrá devolución del depósito. Además se
cobrará un 30% del saldo.

Check-out time is 13:00 hrs (it could be later if we have no check-ins on the same day)
On arrival to the house you will sign an inventory and a rental contract. The person who signs the contract will need to leave a photocopy of Mexican ID or passport.
A DEPOSIT OF $1000 PESOS IS REQUIRED. THIS WILL BE RETURNED AT THE END OF YOUR STAY WHEN THE INVENTORY HAS BEEN CHECKED.
CANCELATIONS:
If you cancel 30 days prior to your arrival your full deposit will be refunded (if you made your deposit using Paypal or any other form of payment that charges commissions, these commissions can not be refunded).
If you cancel from the 20th day to the 29th day before your arrival 50% of your deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel from the 8th day to the 19th day before your arrival your deposit will not be refunded.
If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival no deposit will be refunded and a further 30% of our balance will be charged.
