INFORMACION IMPORTANTE
La hora de entrada es a las 16:00 hrs (puede ser antes si no hay salida ese mismo día)
La hora de salida es a las 13:00 hrs (puede ser después si no hay entrada ese mismo día)
Al llegar a la casa se firmara un inventario y un contrato de renta. La persona que firma necesita dar una copia de su credencial de elector.
SE REQUIERE UN DEPOSITO DE $3000 PESOS, EL CUAL SE LES REGRESARÁ A SU SALIDA DESPUES DE CHECAR EL INVENTARIO.

CANCELACIONES:
Si el cliente cancela 60 dias o mas antes de su llegada se reembolsará el total de su depósito (esto aplica si el cliente depositó en efectivo en México, de lo contrario se cobrará cualquier comisión que se haya generado). Si el cliente cancela 40 a 59 días antes de su llegada se reembolsarà un 50% de su depòsito. Si el cliente cancela 16 a 39 días antes de su llegada no se reembolsará el depósito. Si el cliente cancela 15 días previos a su llegada no habrà devoluciòn del depòsito, ademàs se cobrarà un 30% del balance.

Check-out time is 13:00 hrs (it could be later if we have no check-ins on the same day)
On arrival to the house you will sign an inventory and a rental contract. The person who signs the contract will need to leave a photocopy of Mexican ID or passport.
A DEPOSIT OF $3000 PESOS IS REQUIRED. THIS WILL BE RETURNED AT THE END OF YOUR STAY WHEN THE INVENTORY HAS BEEN CHECKED.

CANCELATIONS:
If you cancel 60 days prior to your arrival your full deposit will be refunded (if you made your deposit using Paypal or any other form of payment that charges commissions, these commissions can not be refunded).
If you cancel 40 to 59 days prior to your arrival 50% of your deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel 16 to 39 days prior to your arrival your deposit will not be refunded.
If you cancel within 2 weeks prior to your arrival no deposit will be refunded and a further 30% of our balance will be charged.
